Hello Is the IK Multimedia TONEX Alex Lifeson Legacy Signature Collection Guitar Amplifier Modeling Expansion software compatible with any USB Audio Interface?

You need the ToneX software to run that expansion, but yes, the ToneX software or VST plugin will work with any interface.
