Torpedo CAB and Ownhammer IR's

How do you set Torpedo parameters to work with these IR's ? I found that presence and depth sound best at 50% and the only poweramp that works is KT88 (6L6 is too boomy, EL34 too thin and EL84 too honky; this is my experience also with the stock cabs). As for the EQ, I didn't do much, except cut 1-2 db here and there. I play metal, using an Uberschall pedal, boosted by a Maxon OD-9. What's your experience ?
 
If you want my opinion, you should set presence and depth after you choose the tubes. If you find the 6L6 to be too boom at 50/50 on pres and Depth, that means that your Ubershall must output a LOT of bass, maybe you could try lowering them on the pedal and see if that works better that way. ;)

I myself use a lot the 6L6 especially for clean tones, with Pres/depth close to maximum. With metal rhythm tones, well, you have my presets... ;)

by the way I don't know when you get your C.A.B., but we uploaded some new presets you can find on the Two Notes website.
 
Ownhammer IR's users, do you use (if yes, how ?) or bypass Torpedo power-amp and EQ ?
