Torpedo Captor 8 without CAB or completely silent

Hi,

Sorry for the dumb question but I would like to how whats is the safest way to plug my Rockerverb into my interface using Torpedo Captor but FULLY attenuated.
I'm already using -20 but it's not enough right now (small kid in the house) as I'm recording a new album.

The safest way is to plug in to the Captor, make sure it is powered (48v Phantom will do it) and then have no speaker out to your cabinet. The Captor will fully attenuate the signal and revert the out put to the XLR/Out
