Hi all. New T.L. user, and was hoping someone can help me figure something out.

Someone recently sent me an audio file containing a guitar track which used a T.L. The said, "The ir is a greenback loaded cab with a 57" - I got the mic part, but am trying to figure out the cab part. I just don't see any 'greenback loaded cab' anywhere. Is this perhaps not a stock ir, but a custom one? I can email him back if I have to, but wanted to try here first.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I think the IR bit is key here - the presets are Two notes files. The IR's can be made from any cab/mic setup & using many different types of software. I believe Torpedo Live will read IR files - so will many "amp simulation" software (eg: Guitar rig etc)
Ask him to send you the IR file he used??

Dear all,

riffwraith you have the cabinet list on our website, and at the end of your user's manual:

http://www.two-notes.com/en/hardware/torpedo-live/#cabs

There are a few cabinets with Greenbacks:

Green Tri: Hughes&Kettner® Triamp 4×12″ Celestion® Greenback

JubilGreen: Marshall® 2550 2×12″ Celestion® Greenback

RackHero: Custom Audio Amplification® 4×12” CB Alien Transformer® 20W Greenback clones

And maybe he got an IR from our Exchange website:

http://www.two-notes.com/torpedo-exchange/download.php

And, final option, he may simply have used a cabinet from a 3rd party developer...

Thanks guys.

I did some more searching, and came up with this:

Mark is actually the one who sent me the audio file. I am going to email him back and ask where he got the cab.

BTW flash6969 > your av is awesome!!!!
