Tourmaster 4100 tube placement advice needed.

I've read the manual but still cant figure out this:
which position (v1,v2 etc ) handles channels 3 and 4.
I had v1 go out on me and it killed volume on 1 and 2 and also lowered volume on 3 and 4.

You might have to contact Egnater about this. I remember that the manual didn't explain everything about the tubes.
