Hi Guys,

I know both Bruce and Jeff are on vacation for another few days but I was wondering if maybe one of you might be able to help me.

I purchased a Tourmaster 4212 a few months ago and have been using it for practices and gigs the last month. I took it to band practice tonight, hooked everything up and I got no sound at all. I went through all 4 channels and checked everything 3 or 4 times. The only way I get any sound at all is on channels 3 and 4 with the gain almost dimed and the channel and master volumes all the way up. Evan at that setting there is minimal sound. Any idea what the problem could be? Maybe a tube?

Thanks

Brad

Have you checked the tubes?

No, I'm not quiet sure how to go about doing that? And getting at them requires removing the whole back panel it looks like.

No problems,I know the TM has a shitload of tubes but sounds like it could be a preamp tube! Those are the small ones in the back.If you have a known good preamp tube ,you could change them one at a time and see if you get any results. You have to remove the screen on the back.

No problem. It's a tube. PM me or give me a call, I'll walk you through it. 877-346-2837
