Tourmaster transformer failure

I trouble shooted my tourmaster with my amp tech and it has been determined that my power transformer has failed. I've seen similar posts with the exact same problem and it was suggested to contact Nate. Can anyone in here point me in the right direction about what to do next? I am praying Egnater will work with me b/c I absolutely love this amp (when it works). :aww:
 
Contacting Nate or Ian is the best bet. When I had my Tourmaster the serial number was on a piece of paper that I had to tape on because it would fall off.

Go back to wherever or whomever you bought it from. They might have a record of the serial number. If you bought it from a store look at your receipt. The serial numbers are sometimes on them.
 
theres not a Ser# inside my amp anywhere that i could see (without lifting up the circuit boards anyways).

or, should i say, wasn't. now there is since i've opened it and looked.d
