Like the title says, I'm contemplating trading my mint '06 Herbert with el34's for a late model vh4S. I'm hoping someone in Nor. Cal has one so there would be no shipping..

DAMN STRAIGHT!!!!!!!!!
Wish I could help you - but of ALL the amps I have come and go in my session space, the ONLY one that has stayed has been the VH4S.
It is King IMHO
Good luck finding one, when you do, you won't be displeased...
