Sweet!. Nice and raw, not unlike the seminar head.

It was more like dark, rough EG3 than an SL2 to my ears.

I really enjoyed it. The EQ has a nice range from early 80's to reasonable modern.

The cleans are great.

Cool amp.

Throw the tight and bright switches UP and the gain channel gets more of a SL2 vibe. Not exact, but pretty close.

Throw an EQ in the loop and it can do modern metal with the best of them IMHO.



For the record, I absofrickenlutely LOVE my Renegade. GREAT amp.

Yes. I played a1X12 combo at GC last Tuesday. I think this is a great amp. The best two channel job I have ever played. It has two of my favorite Egnater tones in it and more.

Definitely want to try that sometime!!! Sounds like a killer amp though for sure!!
