I’m very ignorant on cabs and loads . So if a cab starts cutting out or shits on me the Marshall MG is my savior to check them out lol . Like I said I’m ignorant to cabs but this works . It’s part of my my mess lol . I will be cleaning this up for the arrival of my Larry

The other amps tremble in fear whilst gazing down upon the mighty MG.

If you worry about your cabs, I’d pull the backs off and check the connections. Any loose/iffy solder joints then re solder. You can also check the impedance with a multimeter, using the end of a cable while one end is plugged in to the cab.

Thanks man for the help . That does help . I just screen shot it

I really am not trying to be a jerk when I say this: it is surprising how many people know next to nothing about amp basics like cabs/loads for amps after spending thousands and thousands on them. People don't with everything really. The guitar stuff is almost hilarious - "Guys, I broke a string, how do I replace it with this trem? I can't. Taking it to get worked on." Has 50 Jems LOL beautiful wall of gear there, you are clearly making it by just fine on the knowledge you have.

Yeah I totally get it. We can only invest so much time to study, so it makes sense.
