TUBES AGAIN

Hello again
changed my poweramp tubes last week after two years rocking with my einstein ......trying the amp tonight it seems like the pre amp tubes are faulty as well channel 2 mode did not work at first i have changed the tube and channel 2 is back.....is it worth changing all pre amp tubes or just v1 -v3.........the amp is two years old gigging once a week every week

If it's working you're probably good to go for awhile, but since you gig so much it definitely won't hurt to change them all out.

thanks.....question now ...which tubes there is so much opinion on here....i ve been use to the original tad 7025 wa so i think i will stick to those ...........

The problems you're speaking about may actually be related to a bum set of new power tubes - one of them being a bit sensitive, faulty, etc. It happens. But for what it's worth, I'd try to make sure it's NOT the new power tubes causing the problem before going ahead and springing for the new pre glass.
