Tubes in a Tweaker 15 combo

Well hello,

I,m new to this forum and just bought a Tweaker 15 combo and already have some issues.
I discovered that i'm more a Marshall guy( already have a VM ) and am looking to get that mid marshall sound out of my Tweaker .
I opened up the combo and the amp still has two Ruby 6v6 and some Egnater signed 12ax tubes inside.
The idea is to replace all the tubes with Tungsols , y read good reviews on the Tungsols.

My question: will replacing the tubes with Tungsols give a more open mid sound?
At the moment y find there' s hardly any definition when the gain goes beyond crunchy, a bit muddy, way to violin sounding and dark.

Advise welcome.

I'd suggest an EQ pedal in the effects loop. I have a Danelectro Fish-n-chips, a fairly cheap but really good 7-band EQ, that I love with the tweaker.

I've just picked up a set of JJ 6V6S tubes to try in the power section. I'll have a tone report when I get them installed.
