Hi, all - new member here.
I'm a former guitar player (Kramer/Marshall) turned bass player (Spector/GenzBenz) and now a part time guitar player again (Kramer/?). The guitar gig is an oldies band (50s thru 70s) and I'm looking for an affordable, reliable amp that will complement the Kramer Pacer and provide the proper sound for the band.
I've looked at some amps in my price range (Vox, Peavey, Egnater, Line 6) but I definitely don't need or want a modeling amp or anything that's "perfect for metal!!". I just want something that will give me a solid tone that's good for vintage stuff and just loud enough to handle stage volume with drummer, keys, bass. I have a few pedals, and the Tweaker combo seems like it has enough built-in options that I'd be well covered.
Any thoughts or experience on the Tweaker 15 112 combo? It's at the top of my price range and I've seen a few good deals on eBay, but I'd like some firsthand reviews if I can get them.
Thanks!
