Tweaker 15 "sizzles" while idle.

Recently my Tweaker combo started making a static-y, sizzling like sound when sitting idle. At first I thought it may have been one of my pedals so I disconnected everything from the amp. Sounds like the noise you would hear on an AM radio, between stations...not the constant hiss but the little random pops, clicks, sizzle sounds in between.

Any ideas?

Pre amp tube would be my guess.
