Tweaker Head- only one output tube glowing?

Hi all, I just fired up my Tweaker for the first time in a little while and it didn't have the warmth I remembered.
As I was shutting it down I noticed that only one of the output tubes is glowing. I'm thinking this isn't normal?
Both of them are supposed to glow, right? In all reality, it's only seen about 4 hours of playing time so I find it unusual that a tube would be gone already. Any thoughts?

Does the Tweaker have a tube mix knob? If it does maybe you want to check where that was set?

Tubes go, even new ones. If it is a bad tube and within 90 days Egnater will send you a new one.

Sounds like you probably figured out what the problem is. You can call Egnater or email Nate at Egnater and they will get you fixed up.
