Uberschall issue

I have a Revision Blue Uberschall and am not getting any sound out of the clean channel. The high gain channel works fine. My tech skills are pretty much non-existent and the only trouble shooting I've tried so far was switching preamp tubes in the V4 position. Anything else I could try with my limited ability before sending it to a tech? Also, if anyone could recommend a decent tech in the Toronto area I'd be grateful.

None. It's completely silent.

Swap V1 and V4 with new tubes, see what happens.

Swap V1 and V4 with new tubes, see what happens.

This is what I would have done first. One triode of one of the tubes may have gone south.
