I am purchasing a used Diezel Herbert and I live in the US. I am new to Diezel amps in general and have been doing some research, etc... The one thing that set me back for a bit on my decision was the amp is made in Germany and I have read the USA sector has been having issues. I know there will be no warranty with the new(used) Herbert.

If something was to go wrong with the amp do I have to send it to Germany for repair or are there shops in the USA that can be trusted to work on Herberts?

I am hoping to have no issues or troubles with the amp, but with all the features things will happen I am sure, so I want to know what to expect.

Aside from that I am really excited to be getting a Herbert. I will shoot some rig pictures and a few videos when I get the amp. And will take some video at a band practice / gig in the near future for anybody that cares LOL.

I care, and I really hope you enjoy that Herbert. Wish I could be there to hear it, post some video when you get it.

There are a number of qualified techs in the US. Peter Diezel has been known to offer tech support to a tech as well, via phone or email or whatever.

hows that for service!! straight from DA MAN himself!

Jeff Andrews from Andrews Amp Lab in Atlanta is the one who did the repair work on your incoming Herbert. I would recommend him if you have no one close by.
