Using M4 w/MOD50?

Does the MOD50 have a power amp input jack so that I could hook an M4 into the just the MOD50's power section? Or would I just use the series loop return jack?

I have a VHT 2/50/2 that I am using right now with my M4, but I want two more module slots, and I am thinking about either getting an E2 or selling the VHT and getting a MOD50 (after August 1 of course!), if it can be used in that way (which it should be I would think).

Thanks!
Rick

I have the 2/90/2 and I have used the M4 w/ the Serial Efx loop return no problem for fun at times. The Mod50 is my backup rig for that at gigs.

keep the VHT man. You can use it for stereo with your rig, selling yoru power amp and using the mod 50 seems like not the best move imo. if you want more mod space, just get an E2, you may be able to get one of those faster if you sign up soon enough for the first production run.

I have 2 MOD 50s (tubed differently) and a VHT 2/50/2. I consistently use the MOD 50 power section for recording. I keep the m4 loaded up with whichever 4 modules I'm using the most at the moment and run them into the MOD 50. Sometimes I will slave the VHT 2/50/2 into the control room for more guitar-cab reaction since the recorded cabs are (safely) in another room.
