Hey all..
I have recently been looking into getting a Vari-Watt from SkipZ Circuits to add to the Renegade. Anyone have any experience using this with the amp? I have read alot of great reviews about the Vari-Watt, just haven't found anything specific to the Renegade.
I have both my toggle switches set to 18 watts, but I want to be able to drive the tubes much harder and stay quiet to keep the stage volume down. I like the sound a little more compressed anyhow, so I figured this would be a great thing to add to the amp. I love this amp, but it I have to crank it up just a little too much to get the tone I want.
Any thoughts on using this on the Renegade would be appreciated.
