I know most people outside of Japan have never even heard of this LTD line but back in the early 2000's ESP of Japan launched LTD logo'd guitars for Japan. These were actually made in the Japan Edwards factory and not at world guitars of Korea like most LTDs we get are made at.
So they offered a Hetfield explorer with either black or silver plastic diamond plate or just all black finish for 130,000 yen and it was called the MX-130 and then they offered the Kirk Hammett KH2 or what they called the KH-130 and unlike the LTDs of Kirk's guitars we got this was made exactly like Kirk's real KH2 with the natural unfinished gloss coated neck. We got the all black back finished guitars.
This is a mint condition guitar with plastic still on the truss rod cover and back control plate.
Pretty much you are getting a ESP Signature Series or SS serial equivalent neck-thru guitar with a LTD logo for a great price.
I have a feeling this is probably only one of very few that ever made it to North America. Also included is a real ESP case not an LTD case but a real ESP case.
