When I first started eying the VH4 I thought what a curious knob layout. When I got it I plugged in my guitar and started playing and exploring the channels - really did not think about the layout. Now when I went back my other 4 channel "traditional" layout amp I had to think about the knobs and the layout.

So I wanted to send out props - the VH4 layout is intuitive, efficient and uber cool looking.

Reinhold is too busy making sick sounding amps... The clothes are just a bi-product of his madman intellect.

As for Peter S. and Papa Diezel? They have the patent on "perfect" amps. Not everyone may like 'em, but they are truly "perfect" amps.

No offense to Mr Reinhold or his work but.......

evertime I see him I am glad I quit the Coke.

I am not sure which market Bogner is chasing these days, but mostly the Japanese market it seems. I think he took the company sideways quite frankly. But, that's just me. The 101 being the pinnacle of his offerings, but the Uberschall by far being my favorite. He's gone boooooteeeeeek. And, that Tolex - WTF is up with that gay shit?

Tolex is cheap when bought in bulk - he was probably just getting sick of the usual shit out there.

He's turned things over with the stomps - they've made a massive splash worldwide - so kudos for that business plan.

As for his amps? I've yet to spend any quality time with the Goldfingers, but I hear they're tits. The Uber/TJ, the Shiva, the X...?? 3 amps that are top of their field. They sound incredible to me - I love the sound of Bogners. Love 'em.

But here we are in the Diezel thread - and as much as I love Bogners and also find them more pleasing [at times] to play then my Diezels [because of the sag, that's all], Diezel's are to me, a pinnacle feat in engineering. They're just over-the-top in the realm of sonic domain. Nothing sounds like a Diezel. And there's something to be said about that.

I agree, I sold my Invader because after the VH4 I have no use for it..
But for the VH4 I'm still stuck on channel 1 with my 8 string, so nice...

Since I have room for only two UBER amps, my Rhodes will be done by end of summer.
