Vh4 fuses (by the mains lead)

Hey, i really need some help. My VH4 will not power up at all - its just had new tubes etc so that should all be ok so i think the fuse by the mains lead has gone. There is only 1 in the little tray and i cannot read what type it is. Does anybody know what fuses are used by the mains lead??

240V? Then 250V 2.5A slow blow 5x20mm
120V? Then 250V 4A sow blow 5x20mm
