hey! i`m new at this forum. so.. hello everyone
i`m from the band escapado and you can listen to our music at https://www.myspace.com/escapado
at the moment i play (and recorded all the songs) with a duesenberg starplayer special guitar and a laney vh100r. sounds good, but for various reasons (sound?, midi-options, service etc.) i`m thinking about buying a diezel in the near future. but first of course i`m going to test them. now to my question.. because i don`t know a dealer in the near where i can test both heads (vh4 / herbert) at the same time, which one should i check first and do you think will fit better to our music?! as you can hear, i`m not a metal-player. i like warm clean to crunch sounds (not steril!) and really need a good warm and organic hi-gain sound with a lot of string definition, because i am the only guitar-player in our band, so i often play chords with 5 or 6 strings in it an with little melodies at the same time, and they must be heard....
so, any ideas?!
really thanks..
