VH4 TUBE FAULT FUSE HELP!!!!!

I dropped one of my tube fault fuses, and the actual casing that holds it in place broke. I'm nowhere near a Diezel dealership, but I'm in Canada, where's the best place for me to seek a replacement for the piece?

Contact the distributor (see website bottom - the flags give you a link to the distr.).

If he can't help either search thru http://www.mouser.com or
http://www.mojomusicalsupply.com/products.asp?id=44984 , measure the diameter and install a new fuse holder. While you are at it, order a couple of 250mA slo blo 5mm fuses for it.
