VH4 Tube fault indicator Question

If one of my tube fault indicators is glowing red [1st one] and all the tubes seem to be lit up, does anyone know if its the fuse or the tube thats bad?

I'm pretty much out of $$ right now and I just changed the tubes 3.5 months ago..

Anyone know whats up?

Please replace the fuse. If it happens again
replace the tube. Do You have warranty ?
If You have to buy new tubes try to get
EL34-SED for reliability.

I do have warranty...Is there a tonal difference between the standard EL-34 and SED version?

Sounds good i'm going to take it to Uwe @ Salwender on Tuesday when he gets back into the office; hopefully the tubes will last longer this time
