vh4 vs egnater- versatility

I play in a cover band and cover allot of different material. Anything from Johnny Cash to Drowning pool. We definitely lean towards the heavy side of things though.
I have been checking out the new Egnater modules lately and was looking for some input from you guys.
Brad / Rareguitar, I know you have a Vh4s and the Egnater stuff as well, In addition to countless other things!! haha! What would be your opinion on these 2 rigs.
Can you get the killer lead sounds out of the Egnater stuff like you can with the Vh4? Channel 4 is probably the best lead sound I have ever played on.

In addition how does everybody feel about the Randall rt2 50 power amp vs the VHT power amp. The Randall is more diverse but how does it sound/compare to the VHt?
I love the Vh4 and will not get rid of it, but sometimes I want more versatility and the Egnater stuff looks pretty dam cool for what I do.

Any opinion would be helpful.

Thanks Guys!
Steve

Hey Steve,

I love the Diezel gear but hands down the Egnater Modular stuff is made for a guy just like you. The most versatile system ever for guitar and it sounds killer. From the heaviest of the heavy to blackface Fender and everything in between. I don't have any experience with the Randall power amp but I know Pete Thorn is gigging one so I am sure it is great sounding. I would recommend the VHT power amps myself.
