What is the installation depth for the VHT 2/50/2 power amp? I might pick one of these up to use with the Axe-Fx and I need the dimensions for a rack case.

Thanks! But I also need to know how deep the power amp is. I have a couple of rack case options ranging between 38cm and 50cm in installation depth.

Tjena! Jo, jag finns kvar även om jag läser mer än skriver här. Jag har inte fått Axe-Fx:en ännu. Den skickas antagligen på måndag så den dyker väl upp i slutet på nästa vecka. Ska bli jävligt kul att testa även om jag är lite skeptisk.

Thank you! That's great news! A 38cm (about 15 in) model will be fine then. I hate deep rack cases since all the gear sits up front and you'll end up with lots of wasted space.

Well, if you need to close the rack...then you'll have to unplug the power supply because it won't be able to fit. If that's not a big deal to you then, it's all good!

Well, if you need to close the rack...then you'll have to unplug the power supply because it won't be able to fit. If that's not a big deal to you then, it's all good!

If a normal power cord won't fit I'll get a right angle one like this http://www.pccables.com/01207.htm to use with it.

Thanks! Then it is confirmed. That's 33.3375 cm which means that a 38cm deep rack case will be fine as long as I use right angle connectors on everything.
