VHT 2:50:2 with 2X12 Avatar Channel Volume Issue : HELP

I just got a VHT 2:50:2 power amp and channel A is twice as loud as channel B. This is running into a 2X12 Avatar cabinet each speaker wired for 16OHMS. If i press in the level on channel A it evens them out which is decreasing the DB by -.10 I think from the docs. I went out today and bought all new cables, still same issue. Any ideas, it was just checked out at VHT and met factory specs. I am running it like this, Rocktron Prophesy II into BBE Sonic Maximizer into VHT int cabinet STEREO.

Try swapping the tubes from one side of the amp to the other side and seeing if the problem moves along with the tubes. Make sure to swap all of the tubes (pre and power) and in order to remember where each of them goes you might want to mark them with a sharpie.
