Is there a way to make a preset that just has the tuner engaged on? So when I select the preset on my Columbus it would mute my amp and show the tuner?
Not with a Columbus, however if you engage the auto tuner it could work if you make a mute preset.
You can make a mute presets by having an empty FX loop assigned to FX.
