Vid of my band, get in and critique !

So we're doing a battle of the bands type of contest and we won the first round.
Now next round will be harder and I'm looking for tips to help us improve our game.
We're doing heavy/power/prog metal with clean vocals.

So here's a one song excerpt from the first round gig.

Make sure you watch it in HD and skip the first 20 seconds.
I know it's not perfect and that's the whole point of this ... so help us identify what would be the easiest / most rewarding things to work on first !
And of course you can "facebook like" the vid if you think it's cool enough ... actually that would be helpful too!

More energy out of the singer. He is going through the motions. Good band, sounds good, Turn the guitars up!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't wear all black, it looks like you guys sat around and talked about what color you should all wear. Good job on getting the crowd into it. The bald guitar player needs to lose the watch. Why is he keeping track of time anyway? A few shots of something for the singer before going on stage. He seems a little nervous, He would sound really good with some confidence. I don't like it when band members lip sink the song with the singer and I don't like the lead singer playing air guitar. Just personal preferences and things I see out of bands on numerous occasions that seem to be the norm. Good Job, Get that singer to loosen his belt a few holes and kick some ass!!!!!

I agree with the last post. you guys preformed well musically, you just didnt looking you were having fun, if you look like youre having the time of your life then the audience will too....for the most part

I can assure you we're having fun ... but I know there's still work to do ...
