Vx module troubleshooting assistance reqd.

Vx module on Ch A sounds OK

Vx module on Ch B sounds kinda ratty, low volume and thin

Which of the two pre-amp tubes, looking from the front, should I replace?

Change both, if the new tubes dont fix it, you gots a problem with it. Send it to us and we fix it for ya.

Man I was hoping it was as easy as saying v1 is only used on Ch A and v1 + v2 on Ch B. Now I have to find two tubes I *know* work :-/

I found a pair of Sovteks from another module. I'm pretty sure this solved the problem, so Thanks.

I guess I'll do the swap 1 and test to find out which of my other pre's is weak and toss it.

Thanks for the follow-up....you guys rule at customer service and on that note:

Loving the tone bras in my 2x12...I like how I can add high end and not pierce my ears/brain at volume
