waiting on footswitch for 7 months

In june 2012 I bought an Eganter Renegade (love it) The shop misplaced the footswitch so they ordered a new one for me. After 7 months of waiting and asking for it I'm still being told: 'sorry but Egnater is just still not delivering the footswitch.'
Is there anything anyone here can do? I live in The Netherlands and the shops name is Feedback.
