Can I use the Wall of Sound with the VB-101?

I am not sure I understand your question: VB-101 is a standalone hardware unit, WoS III is a plugin.

You can send a dry signal coming out of the VB-101 to you computer via S/PDIF and feed the plugin with this signal, if this is what you ask.
