I prefer my Italian food more sweetbreads, oxtail, and osso buco without a bunch of tomato sauce and cheese.

no good places to eat around here. all fast food garbage. you have to drive an hour to eat anything decent, unless you make it yourself.

Oxtail has really caught on the past few years but still not a high volume menu item.
Sweetbreads don't stand a chance.

One of the early Top Chef dudes has an Italian/Seafood place downtown you'd like for sure.
