I'm still figuring out the history here for sure, but when Charvel/Fender first reissued their San Dimas model, they started with several (eight, I think) "batches" of made in the USA guitars, with each batch having different colors. I'm seeking the San Dimas, Style 1 models - Strat shape w/no pickguard. I am not interested in San Dima Style 2 (Tele shape), nor am I interested in the So-Cal Style 1 (these have pickguards). Shoot me pics, details, pricing, etc.

Those are sweet guitars bro, I hope you find one. I had a 2008 candy apple green one, it was the So Cal with the pickguard, but such a sweet playing guitar.

Would you consider a USA Style 2 2016? I’ve got one for sale.

I had one of those. Loved that guitar! Sold in a moment of stupidity. Bought 4 or 5 others that were MIJ or MIM and they were not the same.

I had around 8 of those Charvels from that era. Insanely great values back then and they were killer. None of the models afterwards were as good. Typical of Charvel to get something really good going and then stop it. What a shame. They were not custom shop guitars but you could mod the hell out of them. OF course I should have kept them all but that is how it goes. Now they are double what they cost back then if you can find any of them.

Some are equal to or even better than the 3 custom shops I had. I still have 2 from 08/09. 2K is the going rate for them in good condition.
Great guitars.

I just sold mine... I still have a neon slime green one for sale, but its the socal with pickguard.
