For your consideration...

I have a Washburn Tour 24 Telecaster style guitar. I have no clue on the year, nor do I know if it is import or USA made. I took off the neck to look for clues, but there was nothing there. (the neck fit is very snug)

I'm guessing its probably late 80s. When i got it, it had a decade of dirt and grime on it. I did a complete cleaning, lubrication, setup and detail on this beast and now it performs flawlessly!!!

The neck is a full rounded D shape with a thick ebony fretboard. The frets are in great shape showing only minor wear. The electronics are stock...i actually believe the entire guitar is stock, even though the guitar had been routed for a floyd style bridge. The Washburn Wonderbar trem system was probably making its debut, even though these bodies had more than likely already been produced to accept the other trems. The plastics all match in color and thickness...that why i think the wonderbar system was a factory install.

Given the weight of the guitar, 10.5 lbs, I'm thinking the body is either Maple, Poplar or maybe Ash. The body also has beautiful multi ply binding.

It plays and sounds great, despite the Washburn pickups, they're actually not too bad. The Trem system stays is tune wonderfully!

Comes with a non factory hard case

$600 plus shipping...no trades

Thanks for looking!!

EDIT… I have been informed that this is a 1984. Made in Japan. Extremely rare.
