Weird Clicking Noise With Torpedo Live

Hi All,

I'm getting a weird clicking noise when I use my torpedo live. Using a 5150 III with a MXR 10 Band Eq and Eventide Timefactor in loop. Have xotic ep booster and compressor in front of amp and an xotiic BB Preamp for distortion. Exact same setup that I use with my orange 2x12 cab with absolutely no noise issues. Going into a focusrite 6i6 via SPDIF and monitor through a pair of KRK Rokit 8's. I get a weird clicking noise from my monitors, almost like a metronome that comes and goes periodically. I'm not really cranking the volume that loud. Gonna go home tonight and try disconnecting all the pedals and just playing through just the amp into the torpedo live but was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I read on the FAQ that the torpedo live just amplifies any noise that exists in your signal chain but as I said I don't experience this when connected to by 2x12 cab. Thanks
 
It sounds to me like the Focusrite isn't seeing the clock signal at its input, try running analog and see if the problem goes away. From there, we can work on resolving this and getting the digital connection working 100%

yeah I had similar problem before. You have to set the clock source as digital input on the interface
