What’s up with Marshall

It’s seems like every store you look at for certain marshall amps and cabs they are sold out and have been that way for a while. And if you ask the store they can’t give you a time of when they will be getting stock.
 
Buying used has always been the way to go JMHO.
Actually not right now. Almost all used listings I’ve seen for recent Marshall amps are at the same or higher than what they dropped to as new.
These were amps bought and listed before the price drop.

Craigslist is nuts but not on the same level nuts as Reverb. CL sellers will generally drop the price after a month or so, reverb is still clinging onto height of pandemic free money pricing. It's comical almost because you offer fair pricing and the seller will turn it down only to get less money on the same item 3-6 months later, lol

A member who shall remained unnamed just landed a pretty dang good deal on a used Marshall so deals are out there you just gotta hunt. Or play cheap unwanted Twin Reverbs instead. :LOL:
 
Cabs are too heavy to ship without damage so it's local only for me. I'm close to Nashville and haven't seen a 1960AX pop up lately.

I got lucky . I just picked a used one up from gc for $800 in almost like mint condition 😄
