Last night my brother bought himself a used Rebel 20 with matching cabinet! What an amp! I was suprised how loud it could get and still remain quite quite clear before it distorted! This is just the perfect little amp! I'm really GASsing for this amp now! I have my renegade though, but this amp is perfect with a little pedalboard on a small gig! help me! haha..

Has anyone played it? Let me hear what you think!

I will post some photos of it with the renegade later! Maybe i'll find a secondhand one later:P

I think the rebel 20 is eggies best import amp after the tourmaster.

I felt like it almost had more dynamic respons than my renegade.. it just so more giving to play small amps
with huge sound sometimes! I think small amps can sound better in a livingroom/bedroom than larger amps/cabinets.. Just fit better with the room I think!

Rebel 20 is perfect! ..but I like my renegade to! I wanted a 2ch amp, and it does fit me quite good!
Go Bruce!! ;)

the 112 cab should be perfect for w/d/w to!

hehe, relax:D the renegade takes off where the rebel stops, but I'm just so impressed by this little thing! didn't knew it would sound so full! The Renegade is an very good amp! huge sounding and one of the most versetail amps without selling both your cars to afford the really expensive stuff!
You are going to love it;)

I bet you already are quite impressed by Egnater stuff, since you ordered another one! You won't be dissapointed!

Tell me what you think when it arrives:D

i am loving my rebel 20 so far. it has great dynamics and reacts well to my playing. i pick softer for "cleaner parts" and kick on an overdrive pedal for leads. the malekko chicklet reverb sounds great in the loop also. when i need more versatility i just plug my m4 into the loop.

Thanks!I will  And about the Rebel20,i understand you very well.My drummer couldn't believe it when he heard it for the 1° time!"Great" amp!But now is the difficult part...the waiting....

UNBELIEVABLE !My Renegade is already here  !Good job by Thomann and UPS !Only 32 hours to get it!First impressions :it's a big head, esp. compared to the Rebel20 !The footswitch is not only well thought out,it's beautiful !Small, heavy & sturdy like a Fulltone top pedal!First test: everything works  !Ouf!You can hear a fan but it's less noisy than a PC,so,i guess it should be ok.It took me about 5' to get a nice clean tone on ch1 ,balanced with a very nice overdriven tone on ch2 (and also,a nice boost!) .It was that easy  .Impressive  !Everything seems to work well : the Reverb, the effect loop (with a Lexicon),boost, footswitch etc..I only played 10/15 ' but there is that smell, like some burned plastic or something..I hope it's only because it's new etc.Did you smell it too? Anyway, even though i'm a little bit sick,i'm happy with the Renegade and eager to play it more ! NB:my Internet connection is shaky these days...i'm not always able to connect !

I've had mine close to a year and so far absolutely zero problems and it just sounds awesome. I run my Rebel with two 112 cabs. It's a great amp and I'm always finding new tones. The honeymoon still isn't over.
