DITO. One of the baddest amps I ever had. That and my '64 Bandmaster with matching 2X12 cab.

Yeah, that was a rockin' amp! I had a three pickup Les Paul Black Beauty Custom that played through it.

Why did I get rid of that set up?

The Concert was a good twanger- Something the Marshall never really did.

:D

It's cool though. When I was a kid I was poor. At least I had a chance to own two classic amps in my life.

Mesa Thiele 1x12 mint with a perfect EVM12L. It had the square Mesa Engineering logo.

Marshall 9100. THAT was a badass power amp.

Soldano SP77 Mint

Mark IIC+ and my first JCM 800 head. Got the JCM for $200 back in 2000/2001.
Sold it for $600 in about 2002 (bought it to flip it). However, it had "the tone"
and I am stupid for getting rid of it. But seeing what they go for in today's
prices, I would have sold it anyway.

However, I am super content with what I'm getting with a SL module and my
Transparent OD pedal. Plus, I plan on eventually getting the SL2x mod and I'm
sure that will fill any void there is.

My 68 Marshall 50 Plexi.....bought it new for $325

Dude, you win! That's just sick! :aww:

Hope you got some good coinage out of it.

Those 2 I really miss:

-In the 90s I bought one of the very first batch 5150s new. Its drive channel was awesome!
-I also owned a Soldano Atomic 16, which was a smoking little amp that sounded great.

76 Marshall JMP 100 Superlead MKII. That thing could crush your chest with sound.

Rivera K100. The one that got away. Kinda miss my RM4 now. I'm much happier with a full M4 but I miss my W/D setup a bit.

NONE :D I still have my Mesa MK III I bought in the early '90s and I have several Egnater Module preamps and Amps. I dont see myself getting rid of anything but might acquire a few more Amp heads like Egnater TOL, Seminar head, IE4, Then maybe a Marshall, XTC, Sodano and Carvin Legacy II.

Blackface Pro Reverb. For obvious reasons.

Ampeg VT-22. Heavy as hell, even louder than that, no breakup ever... but it had sentimental value. My first amp, I won it in a writing contest in "Plug," the freebie newspaper that Ampeg used to publish, and it got me in my first band. That's me in 1970, with a Gibson ES-330 plugged into that beast, playing "Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress" down to the VFW. Awww, yeah, bay-bee.

Mid- '70's Fender Super Six Reverb. Like a Twin, but in a 6 X 10 combo.

Some kind of HeathKit tube amp I had back in 1968 or so, a 2 X 12 combo. I have no memory of whether it sounded worth a damn or not - I'd just like to have it back so I could find out. :D

Marshall Silver Jubilee 2553 25/50 watt short head w/ 2 matching 2x12 cabs.
