what did you replace your bogner pedal with

I played my first gig with the new bogner red pedal tonight. But it was also my first night with my mxr custom badass od. Oddly enough I stayed on the mxr much more throughout the night over the bogner. I even got compliments on my tone with the mxr and not the bogner. Just curious if anyone else didnt really bond with the bogner and what did you get.I really liked the clips of the wampler sovereign. The box of rock looks nice. The added boost is a plus. Hell I may break down n get my first OCD. ill have to jump on the bandwagon at some point.

I don't have any Bogner pedals, but the red channel of the Ecstasy is definitely more of a lead channel, FYI.

Those are two totally different pedals intended for different tones and purposes. The Bogs are made to go into a good clean channel and not really work as a boost for a dirty amp. How were you running yours?

I run the amp clean. Fenderish. No breakup. Use pedals for the dirt.

Just got the Red Sunday. I think it smokes. IDK mine sounded good into a slightly broken up amp too. The Red and a EH .44 is my new back up rig for gigs.

Yup, got a Red and it absolutely smokes and destroys all of my other dirt pedals, and to be honest, most of the amps I've owned as well.
