Hey guys,
The title states the question. Last night, I played a gig in a little bar and the only power outlets we had available had flourescent lights wired into the circuit. As a result everyone had 60 cycle hum. Even the sound guy. We were able to combat it a little by consolidating our power conditioners and lifting the ground of a power strip. But, it was a pain to troubleshoot on the fly and didn't eliminate it. I couldn't use any compression.
Do you use anything in between you power conditioners, or use a specific power conditioner to fight it? I know that Ebtech has a product called Hum X. But I am curious what you use.
