What guitar cable...

Okay... I use George L's guitar cables and I was thinking I might try another make, may be Vovox. So what would you guys suggest I should look into?
 
Thanks for the YouTube video - sort of says it all 'about the company from Switzerland'.
 
I use vovox Sonorus protect - great difference to any other cable I have tried :thumbsup:
 
I would not spend so much money for a Vovox. It might be a superb cable, but it´s still a cable.
Put a good buffer in your signal chain or if its bufferd yet buffer it the right way.
This is a way better soundimprovement than a vovox cable in a true bypass chain.
 
I currently am using Evidence Audio cables, but I am going to buy some Van den Hul cables next.
 
Right now I'm using Mogami Gold and Evidence Monorail for pedalboard and I'm pretty happy with them.
I had George L's in my pedalboard but to my ears they were too trebly and thin soundin so I decided to go for the Monorail...really like it! :thumbsup:
Anyway I'm gonna try those Cordial cables someday and probably other Evidence cables (Lyric HG or Forte), especially for recording purposes.

I agree on the buffer: imho if you run some pedals in the chain a great buffer (like this one for example) is a must :yes:

Will be up and running and talking music sooner than later, just need to get back into the swing of things. Was an awesome vacation - glad you (Peter) liked the pics!!

I would give Evidence cables a try. I have both the Lyric and Melody models and really don't hear enough of a difference to justify going with the more expensive Lyric.
 
after try several brands....just for live situation, must say that the cordial are the best...good value, good quality and good sound...what else?
dont throw your money....save it for more diezels!hehe.
cordial are best choice....imo.
 
Cordials with Neutrik jacks - best price/quality-ratio imho.
 
And if you can solder the cables you save about 50% of the price! :rock:
