What makes Cornford cabs so expensive?

That guy is a moron...they retail for 1400 and they all come with vintage 30's unless you request something else....that's high in itself ....They are nice sounding cabinets for sure....but the slightest bump and they dent...made from pine which does resonate differently than birch... but not THAT much differently...not a thousand bucks differently. I almost bought one to match my Mk50II but bought an Avatar with Greenbacks instead...sounds just fine and paid 550.00 shipped....

I sent that guy a message letting him know he was off his rocker asking $1800 for a cab that retails for $1400 new. I have one that I picked up used for $600 and they are nice cabs but my Uber cab is still my favorite!

It looks kinda like an Avatar cab doesn't it. But still, I'm sure there's some cork sniffer out there who could convince himself that he needs this cab to sound like Guthrie or Kotzen. :loco:

Im sorry...my mistake...they retail at 1499..not 1400...however the Richie Kotzen cabs retail at 1699....FOR A WOODEN BOX!

Well good thing it was that guy who priced it stupidly high and not Cornford.

Oh wait, 1500 is still stupidly high.

Thanks for info guys. Guess I'm never buying a Cornford cab in my life :D

We pay for all the tariffs and fees to get them over here from the UK. They pay pretty for US stuff too, so it goes both ways....
