What should I expect changing the V2 to 12AT7 on Herbert?

12AT7s clip horribly imo, which is why I only like them in PI, but that's just my opinion.

Maybe try 5751?
 
12AX7 are the highest gain, in general. Anything else will lower the gain of whatever stage the tube position controls.
