What time sig is this riff?

4/4 at about 88 bpm. Or if you really want you could always turn it into 12/8 I guess.
 
oh haha, i guess in the song its a tempo change, not meter. lol, shows how much i know

yah it is in 4/4 time, but as you are using 16ths and anticipate each change by a sixteenth note, it sounds a little trickier. Also the first four notes are a pick-up (4e&a)
If you count out 1e&a 2e&a etc. you'll see the riff you play before each change starts on the second 16th of the third beat and changes on the last 16th of the 4th beat. (ie 1e&a 2e&a 3e&a 4e&a where the riff starts on the e&2 of 3 and the change comes on the a of 4...e&2 4e&change etc etc).

I see it as 2 bars of D, 1 bar of F, 1 bar of A repeated.
