i have a bbe green screamer and a dod yjm308 coming in the mail tomorrow.....i'm excited, my favorite OD that iv'e tried is a ts808 ibanez...the bbe is basically a clone but i've heard many say it sounds a little thicker...guess i'll find out

Depends on the amp. For a recto, I feel you can't beat a good EQ slamming the front. For Marshall-style amps, I love modded SD-1s.

I didn't like it as much as the OD808, but it's definitely a great deal for the price.

I've only owned 3 boosts. TS9, TC Jauernig DGTM, and my current bad monkey. For me, the bad monkey takes the cake

Menatone VOS is very nice and provide three levels of boost. Level one boost level2 for leads and a clean boost that can drive into another pedal or just hit the amp harder. Also like the HBE PS and the BB Preamp.
