You drink orange juice!!! Lol

There’s no worse feeling than opening up a guitar case and finding neck damage!!

This 1985 Gibson Spirit II XPL had its neck snapped off right at the heel!!!

Lucky for me, it was a clean and tight break….so it was an easy fix. I was able to get wood glue deep into all cracks, re fit the neck into its original position and get a solid clamp on it. I used Tightbond original. Left it clamped for 24 hours before I assembled the guitar today. It setup very good and plays great.

The guitar sports all its original features. Shaw PAFs. KAHLER FLYER trem system. Vol, Vol, Tone, 3-way toggle. Junk Gibson case…lol.

It was nice to be able to save this unique old Gibson.

Good work. But, I would have been too outraged receiving a snapped neck. Either some guys are too lazy to pack right, or they are mentally deficient imbeciles. Either one, ssssssssucks.
