I bought a used Tourmaster 4100 from Guitar Center. Really like the amp so far, but it was used and there's no foot switch. I bought the amp anyway so I could use the 30 day return window to make a decision, but I'll definitely return the amp if I can't find a foot switch. I contacted Egnater through their web form but haven't heard back. There's nothing on ebay.

How can I get a foot switch for this very cool amp?

Thanks, Bruce. I'll ping josh.

Also, thanks for replying. I think it's really cool that you are so active and helpful in these forums. In researching amps, I liked everything about the Tourmaster, but was a little worried about some of the support and quality issues I was hearing. Your active involvement here and obvious commitment to your customers was a big part of me deciding to take the plunge. Thanks.

This has been resolved, but the experience was funny.

Email Josh - they can't deal directly. Need to go through a dealer (Guitar Center).
Call GC - they can order it no problem, but I need to come in and pay upfront.
Go to GC - it's 10:30am EST so Egnater isn't open yet. D'oh. They'll have to call me later, but it's ok, I can pay over the phone (would have been useful information in the previous step)
GC calls me - tells me they "found" an extra foot switch and I can just have it. Not a hint of recognizing that it's probably the foot switch I was supposed to get when I bought the amp.
Go to GC - get foot switch!

So it didn't cost me anything, but it took 2 weeks and 2 trips to GC. Knowing my luck, I'll get it home and it won't work. :D

My experience was calling GC every week for a month and finally getting one ordered and delivered another month later for $100. I don't think the sales crew at GC know what they can and cannot order and sell. That being said, I'm glad you got yours for free!
