Hi Journeyman,

I'm Todor(Blue2you) from "Spiraless".

I don't use picks, I use only my fingers and nails of course. ;)

Like Jeff Beck... :D

Best regards,

PS: EG5 is the best high gain module out there, it cleans very, very well...
Those are my favorite modules: COD, SL, SL2, Deluxe, Vox, Bassman and of course the EG5.

Hey Todor! Glad you joined the Egnater family. This forum has a bunch of great members and fantastic musicians. Post some of those demo vids here too. We'd all love to hear them!

I agree, the EG5 has a nice clean sound with the volume rolled off. And distorted it's just brutal. Perfect module for the whole gig. Take care. -Bill

All of them. They respond to rolling back the volume knob on the guitar better than any other rig I've tried.
It's one of the reasons I use Egnater gear over anything else.

R~

This is good to know. I just picked up a Rebel 30 and one of the first things I noticed was how responsive it is to my guitar's volume knob. More so than any other amp - Fender, Marshall, Mesa, H&K, Peavey, EVH, Bogner. I roll my volume down to 9 and I can tell a difference immediately! With all those other amps I had to roll down to 7 before I noticed any real difference, and that's with CTS pots and Seymour Duncan pickups!

I'm already sold on Egnater amps with the R30. If this is how Egnater builds all of their amps then I'm going to need a second job and a really good divorce lawyer!

That's one of the great designs of The Egnater..Egnater/Randall amps..Every channel cleans up great...Even Channel 4 of the Tourmaster

I noticed that tonight - After I read this post I tried using my volume more instead of hitting the channel button. It's actually easier, and they all sound great without losing tone.

So with my MOD 100 I can have a ridiculous amount of tonal possibilities. Really pisses off the other guitarist. LOL!
